In case of prepaid bookings, eligible refunds are processed promptly once the cancellation is confirmed. The refund is usually returned through the original payment method, and the time it takes to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.
If a booking is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued without any deductions. Our goal is to ensure that customers are not inconvenienced in such situations.
